Although her formal training is in Ashtanga yoga, open doors advanced her training to now include Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy and Classical Mat Pilates, (Intermediate and advanced). Her favorite and most influential teachers have been David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Shiva Rea, Alisa Wyatt, Alycea Ungaro and Nico Luce.
Fortunate opportunities allowed her to teach individuals in recovery from drugs, alcohol and other addictions at well-known treatment centers as well as athletes, people with disabilities, hipsters living successfully in retirement, dedicated golfers (Seven Canyons Sedona) and people just like you and me.
Filled with respect and appreciation for those who take her class, Cathleen delights in witnessing their continual growth and unfolding. She enjoys creating a comfortable and safe environment that is tailored to each individual’s needs, guiding people of all levels and abilities toward beautiful alignment, inner awareness and balanced physical health – clearing room inside for “more freedom and joy in life.”
