What if my session starts before registration opens?
Please head straight to your preconference session and we will check you in at the door. After the session you can head to registration in the Tequa Ballroom to check in for your weekend class! Yin Immersion is in Oak Creek Canyon Ballroom and Secrests of Social Media Preconference is in Ironwood Suite.
How do I find the schedule that I created?Navigate to the schedule page of the SYF website, there is a login option at the upper left. You can either view the check marks next to the classes or you can click on your profile icon and select “my Sched”
When can I register for classes?
Pre-registration for SYF2016 begins for ticketholders on January 22nd. You will receive an invitation from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to create or log in to your profile and you can begin choosing your classes!
Will classes be in studios? Have props?
Please bring props if you have them! A select few classes will have props provided. Strap, block, blanket, yoga mat, meditation cushion or anything that makes a good substitute (sarong or necktie can be used as a strap!)
Are lodging and food included in the ticket price? Where should I stay?
No. The ticket is simply a pass to an amazing long weekend plethora of activities and gatherings. Food and lodging and travel to the event are up to you.
Please have a look at our Lodging page. We are centering all conference activities at the Sedona Hilton Resort at Bell Rock and encourage you to stay there. There are many additional properties in the area, we will be adding them to the website in late fall 2015 with discount codes. Be sure to tell any property that you call that you are attending Sedona Yoga Festival.

How can I register for classes?
Once you have purchased your ticket through eventbrite you are all set to come to SYF. When the schedule is published, and final, you will receive an invitation from our scheduling software that allows you to choose your classes from our over 150 offerings. You can change your schedule at any time leading up to the event, and have your own unique login and profile. You will be able to view your schedule on your smartphone or computer, or print it out in advance, as you prefer, and we will also print it in the program.
Are there particular hotels and/or lodging that provides any discount for attendees?
Yes! Our host venue partner that also provide lodging (meaning there will be classes throughout the weekend at the property!) is the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. We encourage you to stay with them if you can. Please click through to our “Lodging Partners” page for more information and to see additional properties offering discounts to SYF attendees.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, Thank you. Everyone must have a ticket with their name on it and unique email address associated with it in exchange for festival identification.. This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc. See this tutorial from eventbrite if you need to transfer the ticket to someone else, or contact us at the email address above and we can assist you.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased will be made. This is a rain or shine event. Event Cancellation or Changes. Sedona Yoga Festival may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. Sedona Yoga Festival may need to modify the terms of this Agreement, and is granted the right to do so at any time. Passes are transferable for the same or less the amount paid for them.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please be judicious in your experience, recognizing the sanctified and theraputic nature of this healing and transformative event. Please leave the perfumes and scents, as some are deeply affected by them
What are my transport/parking options getting around the event?
You can park your car at the Hilton when you arrive and never look at it again if you want 🙂 If you are staying at another property you may drive, walk, or take the Verde Lynx bus to the Hilton for the conference. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and we will have a conscious cafe on site, as well as the Hilton restaurants. You can rent a bike, a car, or a segue. Getting from the Phoenix airport you can take the AZ Airport Shuttle and be dropped off directly. Check out THIS PAGE for more about getting here and around.
