  • Will classes be in studios? Have props?

    Please bring props if you have them! A necktie works as a strap… Blankets! even lightweight blocks. Most of our classes are held in hotel ballrooms, wedding chapels, and all sorts of rooms! We do have a couple of venues with props where we are placing classes that require them for your benefit.

  • Are lodging and food included in the ticket price? Where should I stay?

    No. The ticket is simply a pass to an amazing long weekend plethora of activities and gatherings. Food and lodging and travel to the event are up to you.

You can compare the schedule you hve chosen for yourself with Lodging Opportunities or go to www.visitsedona.com and explore all that Sedona has to offer, and choose a neighborhood that feels right to you! One very cool thing about SYF is that you will really have the opportunity to explore and participate in Sedona’s various neighborhoods and centers.

  • How can I be a vendor at your event?

    SYF is not offering vendor booth spaces this year. We are offering our conscious partners and sponsors the opportunity to table at the Heart Center (held at Sedona Creative Life Center) as well as getting them in front of our audience leading up to and after the event. There is lots of great shopping in Sedona if you are looking for journals, yoga mats, crystals, kachinas, sage, art, jewelry, and the like!

  • Who’s teaching at SYF2015?

  • How can I register for classes?

    Once you have purchased your ticket through eventbrite you are all set to come to SYF. When the schedule is published, and final, you will receive an invitation from our scheduling software that allows you to choose your classes from our over 200 offerings. You will choose 3 per day (out of four time slots) and an early morning (7am) offering if you’d like, as well as an evening event, kirtan, or class. You can change your schedule at any time leading up to the event, and have your own unique login and profile. You will be able to view your schedule on your smartphone or computer, or print it out in advace, as you prefer.

  • Are there particular hotels and/or lodging that provides any discount for attendees?

    Yes! Our host venue partners that also provide lodging (meaning there will be classes throughout the weekend at the property!) are the Sedona Rouge and L’Auberge. We encourage you to stay with them if you can. Please click through to our “Lodging Partners” page for more information and to see additional properties offering discounts to SYF attendees.

  • The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

    No, Thank you.  Everyone must have a ticket with their name on it and present it at registration in exchange for festival identification..  This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc.  See above if you need to transfer the ticket to someone else, or contact us at the email address above and we can assist you.

  • What is the refund policy?

    TERMS OF SALE: Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference activities. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present an I.D. or receipt, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Producer.

    NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased will be made. This is a rain or shine event. Event Cancellation or Changes. Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference may need to modify the terms of this Agreement, and is granted the right to do so at any time. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference are valid. No smoking, alcohol, pets, weapons, ice chests, coolers, glass or styrofoam are allowed on host property premises.

     

  • Can I update my registration information?

  • What can/can’t I bring to the event?

    Please be judicious in your experience, recognizing the sanctified and theraputic nature of this healing and transformative event.  Please leave the perfumes and scents, as some are deeply affected by them

  • What are my transport/parking options getting around the event?

    Distance between venues is small and parking is ample at each venue. If you are sharing a vehicle with a friend, please compare your schedules, as you may be dropping each other off and taking classes at different venues. This should be easier this year, as class start times are all the same. We will have a small shuttle making a loop between classes for those that prefer not to bring a vehicle. Sedona also has public transportation throughout the day time hours, and there are bike, segue, and car rentals here in town.
