Practical Ayurveda: Ancient Practices for Modern Times
In this experiential workshop we will find out how Ayurveda, the ancient science of life from India and sister science to yoga, can be applied in everyday life to bring us bliss and happiness in ANY situation.  Our inherent nature is to be in balance, so we must only be reminded of these ancient principles so that they can awaken and nourish every part of of being that already knows.
Join us in an exploration of several daily practices anyone can implement for access to your inherent perfection.  We will experience marma therapy to open and activate nadis, srotas and chakras, aromatherapy for emotional release, mudra and mantra for connection to the divine and pranayama to cleanse the nadis.
