Trisha began her yoga journey while in law school as a way to stay fit and deal with the pressures of the highly competitive doctoral program. Over the years, her yoga practice evolved in tandem with her life off the mat. Her business savvy, passion for yoga and travels through India, Egypt and the American Southwest inspired her to create the ideal Work~Life for herself: one that allows her the freedom to do what she loves for a living with the kind of flexibility that allows her to practice and play on and off the mat any where that her adventures take her.
Trisha’s Work~Life~Flow classes and Conscious Career Creation workshops
combine vinyasa yoga, spiritual principles such as the eight limbs of yoga and business wisdom to help yogis enjoy and deepen their practice while sowing the seeds that will help them consciously create and manifest their own ideal Work~Life scenarios.
