Athena Sparrowhawk
Athena Sparrowhawk is a weaver of sound, a guardian of sacred frequency, and a guide through the unseen realms of vibration and resonance.
As a sound ceremonialist, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist, she creates immersive sonic experiences that awaken deep remembrance within the soul.
With each offering, Athena invites participants into a living tapestry of sound—a space where melody, rhythm, and silence intertwine to evoke profound states of healing, attunement, and transformation.
She channels the ancient and the ethereal, blending the primordial hum of the gong, the celestial tones of the harp, and the crystalline echoes of singing bowls with the warmth of handpan, flute, drum, chimes, and the soul-stirring resonance of her voice.
Rooted in a background of holistic wellness, transformative leadership, and social change.

Elle Everett
Elle has a passion for working with others to help them find peace and happiness through the mind-body connection. Elle offers vortex tours, sound healing, Reiki, Ayurveda consultations, and yoga hikes through her studio Down Dog Sedona. She believes that yoga is for everybody and that it is not about how deep you go into a pose but rather the integrity of the pose to avoid injuries. She emphasizes centering and finding the breath in the beginning and the end of practice. Asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. Elle feels that the emphasis of yoga should be inclusive of the other limbs and not just the physical practice.
