Athena Sparrowhawk

Athena Sparrowhawk is a weaver of sound, a guardian of sacred frequency, and a guide through the unseen realms of vibration and resonance.

As a sound ceremonialist, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist, she creates immersive sonic experiences that awaken deep remembrance within the soul.
With each offering, Athena invites participants into a living tapestry of sound—a space where melody, rhythm, and silence intertwine to evoke profound states of healing, attunement, and transformation.

She channels the ancient and the ethereal, blending the primordial hum of the gong, the celestial tones of the harp, and the crystalline echoes of singing bowls with the warmth of handpan, flute, drum, chimes, and the soul-stirring resonance of her voice.

Rooted in a background of holistic wellness, transformative leadership, and social change.

Dani Butterly

Dani Butterly is an Arizona native and local Sedona hiking yoga guide. She has a deep love and reverence for the sacred red rocks and has experienced the healing they provide firsthand which makes her excited to share the magic with anyone and everyone who passes through Sedona. Daniel Posney

Daniel Posney (of Sedona) is a “wayshower” and alchemist with shamanic medicine for those who are seeking clarity and empowerment within their lives. Daniel’s “medicine” is his intuitive guidance, life coaching, trans-personal psychology, and energy medicine to assist clients to break through mental limits and emotional barriers.

Musical instruments such as Australian didgeridoo, Native American flute and Tibetan bowl, are used to facilitate physical and emotional release.

Elle Everett

Elle has a passion for working with others to help them find peace and happiness through the mind-body connection. Elle offers vortex tours, sound healing, Reiki, Ayurveda consultations, and yoga hikes through her studio Down Dog Sedona. She believes that yoga is for everybody and that it is not about how deep you go into a pose but rather the integrity of the pose to avoid injuries. She emphasizes centering and finding the breath in the beginning and the end of practice. Asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. Elle feels that the emphasis of yoga should be inclusive of the other limbs and not just the physical practice.

Jax Harrington

Jax Harrington is a transformative somatic healer and yoga instructor whose practice spans over eight years and 5,000 teaching hours. Her comprehensive expertise encompasses multiple disciplines including Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle Stretch, and Aerial Yoga, alongside specialized training in Breathwork, Guided Meditation, and Thai Massage. As both practitioner and guide, Jax creates an immersive experience that weaves together movement, breath, and energetic mindfulness.

Having undergone her own profound transformation—losing 130 pounds through yoga and nutrition—Jax brings deep personal insight to her teaching. This journey enriches her understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of wellness, allowing her to guide others through their own transformative experiences with genuine empathy and expertise.

Jax’s teaching methodology centers on the synchronization of breath with mindful movement, helping students release emotional blockages stored within the body’s tissues. Her sessions are thoughtfully crafted to encourage introspection and self-discovery, guiding participants beyond habitual thought patterns toward a deeper understanding of their authentic selves. Through this practice, students learn to shed limiting beliefs and discover renewed clarity, purpose, and joy.

As a certified wellness coach specializing in self-care, sustainable transformation, and nutrition, Jax offers a holistic approach that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. Her foundational teaching style welcomes practitioners of all levels, creating a safe and inclusive space where everyone is invited to explore their potential. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, she tailors each session to meet specific needs while fostering an environment of self-compassion and growth.

In Jax’s classes, every moment becomes an opportunity for inner alchemy, where awareness meets breath in the present moment. Her students learn to engage in a soulful dialogue with themselves, awakening dormant energy and embracing a journey of continuous renewal and self-discovery. Through this integrative approach, participants experience not just physical practice, but a genuine transformation toward greater wholeness.
