Powerful Healing With Smiling Energy

“The more positive you think about your body, the more love you give yourself, the easier it will be for you to become healthier.”

I was in Tucson giving Unstoppable Healing sessions this past week and one of my clients suffers from really bad asthma. Asthmatics have extreme difficulty exhaling air, not breathing it in. Therefore, I made it one of my goals for our session to help her exhale all the air from her deep breath, to detoxify her lungs, and to bring her as much relief as possible from tightness in her chest and her diaphragm. As I performed Chi Nei Tsang methods to detox her lungs and make exhaling easier, I asked her to send smiles and love to her lungs for all the hard work they do for her. After the session, she revealed to me that she didn’t do it because she hated her lungs. In her mind, they’d failed her. She was quite stunned at her own reaction.

I felt it important to share with her the idea of what happens when we visually and energetically send love to our body, specifically to organs, muscles or whatever part of us is in chronic dis-ease. I gave the example of “how a child playing baseball may drop a fly ball or make an error on a grounder”. Now, how might that child feel if her parents lectured her about making stupid errors, or her teammates yelled at her for being a lousy ballplayer? Then compare how she might feel if she received constructive or even positive feedback like “it’s ok, you tried your best and we recognize that”.

I said “maybe your lungs have been trying their best. Maybe they haven’t had good support to do better. So imagine how your lungs would feel if you sent smiles, love, and encouragement. Sent Thank You’s for working hard every day, all night to bring life-sustaining air into your body. My client got the picture and took it to heart.

In her second session, I asked to her smile to her lungs, visualize gunk and sad energy leaving her lungs. Visualize all the air coming out of her alveoli. Needless to say, she felt an incredible shift in both her body and her emotional state. She began to tear up and then cry for a good while. After the session, she said she had had all these images and memories of being beaten as I child. She’d grown up in a very scary environment and at the time stuffed all her emotions in so that she would anger her father and get beaten yet again.

On her own, she said she now realized that the trauma and grief she’d endured directly led to her becoming asthmatic. I will see her again when I return to Tucson, and we’ll continue to work on her healing journey. I’m so proud of her and am so happy for her breakthrough.
I could have said in the first session that I suspect that she has a deeply buried trauma and that has lead to your chronic issues. But I don’t know what traumas are inside you. My job is to help you go inside your body, without involving your conscious mind, to find the mystery, to find the information your storying, so that you can process and permanently release it.

I share this message with all my clients, just as I did with my client who suffers from exposure to toxic mold and pesticides from the farm she grew up on and emotional abuse from past relationships. And top of all of that, she suffers from chronic Lyme Disease. I continue to tell her to remember what she learned from the Taoist Monk she studied with for 1-½ years in an attempt to find a way to overcome her physical and emotional pain. His message – Never, never stop visualizing yourself healing, getting better, becoming who you want to be again. To see yourself as that visualized person.

So what might this mean to you? I can’t emphasize how much good this will bring to your body, your mind, your soul. I hope you can tell your heart and your body that you love them for all they give you every day to be here. Your body is always working hard to come back to a healthy state. It knows that’s where it belongs. You have to help it.
