What time is Registration open?

What is Included in an All Access Pass?
Your admission to SYF2026 is included in a Pass. Registration for all sessions, workshops, concerts, and (1) excursion from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening is included in your All Access Pass.
Please note that Immersions and more than one excursion are not included with your All Access Pass Pass. Travel, meals, and lodging are also not included.
To purchase All Access Pass plus lodging and meals select Whole Package.
What are the hours of the event?
Where do I go to check in when I arrive?
Yoga Festival Pass Holders – Please come to the Tequa Ballroom outside of the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. Follow the signs to Sedona Yoga Festival “REGISTRATION” which will be in front of the Tequa Ballroom at the lower right side of the resort property from the entrance.
Hotel Guests – You may go to the Hilton Sedona Resort to register for your room if you have either purchased the Whole Package, or have your own hotel reservations arranged with the Hilton Sedona Resort.
Do I need to print my pass?
For your Festival Passes – Our team will check you in digitally at Registration. All you need is identification.
Registration hours are
Thursday at 3pm-9pm.
Friday & Saturday 7am-7pm.
Sunday 7am-12noon.
For Sessions that happen before Registration Opens Thursday at 3pm – Please head straight to your preconference session with a printed ticket and we will check you in at the door. After the session, you can head to registration to check in for your weekend Pass!
How do I create my Schedule?
Once the schedule is open for session preregistration we will send you an email with instructions. We will announce on social and newsletters as it approaches so don’t worry about missing it!
Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new Passholders will be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of registering your pass.
Do I need a car?
The Village of Oak Creek in Sedona is a pedestrian-friendly town, so if you are staying near the resort you can comfortably walk to the venue. Once you are at the venue (Hilton Sedona Resort) you do not need a car to walk between classes and events.
Carpooling is encouraged getting to the venue, thank you!

Is my Pass transferrable?
Yes.
If you need to transfer the ticket to someone else:
Log into your account, select “Manage Pass” (of the pass you want to transfer) select “Transfer” and enter the email address of the person you want to transfer your pass to. Make sure the person you are transfering the pass to goes to their email inbox, activates the pass transfer and sets up their own account.
When can I register for classes?
As long as you have your Pass when the schedule opens, you will be invited to begin choosing your classes. Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new Passholders will be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of purchasing their pass.
You will need a specific “ticket” to every class or workshop.
Will classes be in studios? Have props?
Please bring props if you have them! Props will not be provided. Strap, block, blanket, yoga mat, meditation cushion or anything that makes a good substitute (sarong or necktie can be used as a strap!).
Are lodging and food included in the pass price? Where should I stay?
No. The Pass is simply a pass to an amazing long weekend plethora of activities and gatherings. Food and lodging and travel to the event are up to you. Please check out our Lodging Partners page! Be sure to tell any property that you call that you are attending Sedona Yoga Festival.
Please note that Sedona Yoga Festival venue is at Hilton Sedona Resort in the Village of Oak Creek and is 15-25 minutes from “main” Sedona or West Sedona. Sedona Yoga Festival Located 30 mins from Cottonwood and 52 minutes from Flagstaff.

Are there particular hotels and/or lodging that provides any discount for attendees?
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. Every passholder needs to be associated with a unique name and unique email address. This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc.

What is the refund policy?
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. No refunds for tickets purchased will be made. Tickets are transferable. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival are valid. Tickets may be transferred to another party through the ticketing system utilized by the Producer at no charge. Tickets may not be sold or exchanged for a value greater than the face value of the ticket and will be voided immediately if this is the case (aka no scalping).
What are my transport/parking options getting around the event?
Expect clear parking instructions in the week prior to the event. Check out THIS PAGE for more about getting here and around. Of course, you have the opportunity to explore Sedona in full!
Village of Oak Creek is 15 to 25 minutes from “main” Sedona and there is not any shuttles from main Sedona into Village of Oak Creek. You will either need a car or Uber/Lyft/private car service if you want to travel into main Sedona/West Sedona.
There will be parking passes for sale closer to the festival with parking available at Hilton Sedona Resort.
Parking is also available at The Collective, adjacent to Hilton Sedona Resort.
Overflow parking will be behind Village Yoga.

What if my session starts before registration opens?
