Festival Pass:

Access to a huge variety of classes, workshops, special events, evening classes, plenary sessions, intimate keynotes, industry sessions, gatherings, lounges, outdoor classes and more throughout the weekend. Includes 1 Forest Service Excursion *space available* Does not include the optional Yoga for PTSD training. First access to schedule preregistration (All-Access & VIP). Pricing Schedule: $377 through 10/27/2019; $427 through 1/21/2020; $477 after that.

SYF Lite Pass:

Would you like to enjoy some yoga classes and workshops but don’t need to dive into the full conference? We created this ticket just for you. Access to a variety of classes, workshops, talks, and events throughout the weekend. Choose up to 10 sessions! Does not include evening classes, industry sessions, keynotes, or SMSA Forest Service excursions (all included with an All Access Pass and VIP All Access Pass). Does not include the optional Yoga for PTSD training (see separate ticket). Pricing Schedule: $327 through 10/27/2019; $367 through 1/21/2020; $399 after that.

Optional Yoga for PTSD training + Festival Pass:

A Festival pass, with a complete 20-hour certification track integrated into the SYF experience. Designed to provide yoga teachers with the skills to share yoga with first responders, veterans, trauma survivors, those affected by PTSD and Traumatic Stress, as well as caregivers and service providers. Thursday all day. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning with full access to the Sedona Yoga Festival at all other times. First access to schedule preregistration (All-Access & VIP). Pricing Schedule: $447 through 10/27/2019; $497 through 1/21/2020; $547 after that.

Yoga for PTSD training:

A 20-hour introductory certification. Designed to provide yoga teachers with the skills to share yoga with first responders, veterans, trauma survivors, those affected by PTSD and Traumatic Stress, as well as caregivers and service providers. Thursday all day. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Does not include access to SYF. For access to festival please see Yoga for PTSD Training + All Access Pass ticket. Pricing Schedule: $347 through 10/27/2019; $387 through 1/21/2020; $427 after that.

VIP All Access Pass:

Includes All Access Pass, Commemorative T-Shirt, Shaker cup, and meditation cushion, Private Lounge, off-site Reception with Presenters, Sponsors, and Donors. Speedy Check-in, and cell # concierge support throughout the weekend. First access to schedule preregistration (All-Access & VIP). Does not include the optional Yoga for PTSD training. Pricing Schedule: $577 through 10/27/2019; $627 through 1/21/2020; $677 after that.

Chant Pass:

Enjoy 3 and a half full days of music including chanting with Girish, Wah!, and Sean Johnson & The Wild Lotus Band! Access only to the kirtan stage. Does not include yoga classes, industry sessions, keynotes, evening classes, or Forest Service SMSA excursions. Pricing Schedule: $108 through 10/27/2019; $148 through 1/21/2020; $198 after that.

Kids Yoga Day Pass:

SYF Offers a full weekend of Kids Yoga programming from 8am-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Suggested donation of $55/day or $10/session. No one turned away for lack of funds. Register now or on site. Its a yoga lifestyle weekend for the kids! Age guideline: 6-13 years old

Pre and Post Conference Immersions

Pranayama with Sundar Balasubramanian (4 hours / CUEs) Thursday 12pm-4pm
Pranayama is one of the key practices within the Yoga discipline. In addition to Asanas and Meditation, Pranayama is gaining increasing importance in the Western world. The availability of ancient literature and modern scientific evidence is sparse on this subtopic of Yoga. Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian is a pioneer in the area of salivary biomarkers combining Pranayama practice. He has been researching techniques related to Pranayama from the ancient and unique Siddha tradition. He has published scientific research papers and book on Thirumanthiram, written by Saint Thirumoolar. This workshop consisting of both theoretical and practical components is unique in combining ancient wisdom with modern science based on his first hand research. Pranayama is one of the key practices within the Yoga discipline. Thursday 9-12noon, 2-5pm – Morning Yoga & Self-Healing Class with live savasana music by Wah! followed by an hour of Sanskrit chanting. Afternoon meditative workshop called Talk Tone Heal – toning, meditation, dialogue and discussion for healing and communication. This immersion is a must for anyone working with clients with PTSD, injury, illness, stress, grief or dementia.  TalkToneHeal helps you reset your nervous system, boost your health and immunity and awaken compassionate relationship. … Wah! is a world renowned musician who brings healing through sound and the teachings of yoga.  Open Your Heart: A Bhakti Yoga and Creativity Intensive with Sean Johnson & The Wild Lotus Band

Morning Session: 10am – 1pm Awakening The Yogi-Artist

Join Sean Johnson and The Wild Lotus Band for a Bhakti Yoga and creativity immersion that will open your heart and rekindle your soul. The morning session is designed for anyone who is seeking to open their heart and creativity. The afternoon session is designed for yoga teachers and trainees seeking to bring more inspiration to their classes. You can register for just the morning session, just the afternoon, or the whole day.

Sometimes in life and Yoga practice, we yearn for creative inspiration that reinvigorates our spirit. This intensive is an invitation to drink from the life-giving well of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of the heart. Sing from the depths of your soul, tap into your inner poet, and rejoice in the awakening of your unique voice and creativity during this inspirational immersion.

During the morning session, Sean and the band will create a safe, deep, and playful space for you to:

• Tune your being with singing meditation, kirtan chanting, song, and dance
• Explore your own life story more deeply through interactive storytelling, mythology, coloring, and journaling
• Spark a romance with life itself and explore the love poetry of the Bhakti tradition

The morning session will be accompanied by the live grooves of The Wild Lotus Band, featuring guitar and bass player Alvin Young and percussionist and vocalist Gwendolyn Colman.

Yoga Teachers’ Inspiration Workshop: How To Bring More Heart & Musicality To Your Yoga Classes with Sean Johnson & The Wild Lotus Band

Afternoon Session: 2:30pm – 5:30pm

The afternoon session is designed for yoga teachers and trainees who are seeking to infuse fresh energy and inspiration into their teaching. Learn helpful tips and tools for cultivating more depth, imagination, and inspiration in your teaching through the arts of bhakti yoga – song, music, language, poetry, creative movement, and ritual. Sean will share some of his insights cultivated over 20 years of merging Hatha and Bhakti yoga in his teaching, practice, and trainings that he guides, and facilitate exercises to support teachers in opening their voice and creativity in a playful, safe and supportive atmosphere. We’ll explore how to bring more energy, emotion, dynamics, and musicality to our classes, including advice on how to make potent playlists that support your class flow, and tips for making singing more accessible for you and your students. Yoga Alliance CEU’s available.

It is recommended that you attend Sean’s Bhakti On The Mat class during the weekend of the festival as a reference point for this session.
