Enjoy delicious all you can eat buffet or grab & go items. Purchase your meal plan in advance to save or pay as you go. Meals located in main lobby of Sedona Performing Arts Center for purchase and pick up at concession stand. 

Where do I go to register?

Registration opens at 3pm on Thursday at Sedona Performing Arts Center Lobby, 995 Upper Red Rock Loop Road, Sedona, AZ 86336 and will run until the end of show: approx 9pm. Registration will open again at 7am on Friday morning, running through 7pm both Friday and Saturday, and opening at 7am Sunday.

Do I need a printed ticket?

No! Our team will check you in digitally. All you need is identification. We are striving to make SYF2020 Zero Waste. Please join us in this effort! We will have recycling bins and paper can be recycled. 

Why can't I log in to the schedule?

As soon as the schedule is open for class preregistration you will be added as an attendee and receive an invitation from As long as you have your ticket by then you will be invited to begin choosing your classes. Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new ticketholders will be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of purchasing their pass. If you don’t receive the email – check Spam and All Mail and Promotions folders – you can always login with the email we communicate with you about your ticket and then select “forgot password” to get in.

Do I need a car?

Sedona is not a pedestrian friendly town, unless you count the miles and miles of trails that we all enjoy in the surrounding millions of acres of wilderness! If you stay at Sedona Summit you can walk to the venue. If you want to explore, shop, dine out in Sedona having access to a vehicle is recommended. Carpooling is encouraged! 

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Where is Kids Yoga?

Kids Yoga will be held in a dedicated classroom at RRHS, refer to the onsite map. Kids classes run continuously from 8am-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kids yoga is a suggested donation of $50/day, or $10/class. No child will be turned away for not making a donation.

When can I register for classes?

As long as you have your ticket by then you will be invited to begin choosing your classes when the schedule is completed in January. Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new ticketholders will be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of purchasing their pass.

What is the Yoga for PTSD training schedule?

Thursday 8-5, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8-12

Where do I meet up for Land Hikes?

Land Journeys will be led by shuttle and the pick up location is in front of the Sedona Performing Arts Center Lobby.

Will classes be in studios? Have props?

Please bring props if you have them! A select few classes will have blankets provided. Strap, block, blanket, yoga mat, meditation cushion or anything that makes a good substitute (sarong or necktie can be used as a strap!).

Are lodging and food included in the ticket price? Where should I stay?

No. The ticket is simply a pass to an amazing long weekend plethora of activities and gatherings. Food and lodging and travel to the event are up to you. Please check out our Lodging Partners page! Be sure to tell any property that you call that you are attending Sedona Yoga Festival.

How can I register for classes?

Once you have purchased your ticket you are granted entrance to the conference. You are not automatically registered for specific workshops, although there are always classes with room to drop in. When the schedule is published in January and opened up ticket holders receive an invitation that allows you to choose your classes from our over 200 offerings. You can change your schedule up to three days before the event, and have your own unique login and profile. You will be able to view your schedule on your smartphone or computer, or print it out in advance, as you prefer, and schedules will also be posted on site.

Are there particular hotels and/or lodging that provides any discount for attendees?

Yes! Please click through to our “Lodging Partners”  page for more information and to see additional properties offering discounts to SYF attendees. Be sure to tell any properties you lodge at that you are with Sedona Yoga Festival as often they create a rate without us even knowing!

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

No.  Every passholder needs to be associated with a unique name and unique email address.  This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc.  If you need to transfer the ticket to someone else please view this eventbrite TUTORIAL for how to.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased will be made. This is a rain or shine event. Event Cancellation or Changes: Sedona Yoga Festival may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. Sedona Yoga Festival may need to modify the terms of this Agreement, and is granted the right to do so at any time. Passes are transferable for the same or less the amount paid for them.

What if my session starts before registration opens?

Please head straight to your preconference session with a printed ticket and we will check you in at the door. After the session you can head to registration to check in for your weekend Pass!

When does Registration open onsite?

Registration will be at the Sedona Performing Arts Center and is open from 3pm on Thursday to 9pm and opens again on Friday morning at 7am
