What time is Registration open?

What is Included in an All Access Pass?
Your admission to SYF2025 is included in a Pass. You will be able to register for classes and other experiences when the schedule is released.
Please note that Immersions and the Trauma-Informed Training is not included in the Pass. Travel and lodging are also not included.
What are the hours of the event?
Where do I go to register?
Registration opens at 3 pm on Thursday. Registration will open again at 7 am on Friday morning, running through 7 pm both Friday and Saturday, and opening at 7 am Sunday.
Registration will be in the lobby of the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. Enter at the main front entrance, and registration will be to the right.
Do I need to print my pass?
No! Our team will check you in digitally. All you need is identification. We are striving to make SYF2025 Zero Waste. Please join us in this effort! We will have recycling bins and paper can be recycled.
You will need to have QR codes for each class ticket so that they can be scanned at the classroom door. Be sure to add to your phone or print individual tickets!
Why can't I log in to the schedule?
As soon as the schedule is open for class preregistration you will be added as an attendee and receive an invitation from TKTK@eventive.orgAs long as you have your Passticket by then you will be invited to begin ticketingchoosing your classes. You will need to reserve a free “ticket” on Eventive for every class or workshop you’d like to schedule. Note that you will not be able to reserve tickets for simultaneously-occurring classes.
Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new Passholdersticketholders will be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of purchasing their pass. If you don’t receive the email – check Spam and All Mail and Promotions folders – you can always login with the email we communicate with you about your Passticket and then select “forgot password” to get in.
Do I need a car?
The Village of Oak Creek in Sedona is a pedestrian-friendly town, so if you are staying near the resort you can comfortably walk to the venue. The resort is located less than 1 mile from the Village of Oak Creek. Once you are at the venue you do not need a car to walk between classes and events. Carpooling is encouraged getting to the venue, thank you!
Additionally, Iin 2022, Sedona introduced the Sedona Shuttle system. While it’s not specific to SYF, it is a great alternative way to get around and see Sedona. Learn more about routes etc. here.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Please contact the team for help with your ticket transfer.
Where is Kids Yoga?
Kids’ classes run continuously from 8 am–6 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kids yoga is a suggested donation of $50/day, $100/weekend, or $10/class. No child will be turned away for not making a donation.
The exact location of Kids Yoga will be available at Registration.
When can I register for classes?
As long as you have your Pass when the schedule opens,you will be invited to begin choosing your classes. This will be no later than April 1, 2025. Once the schedule has been opened to everyone, any new Passholderswill be invited to register for your classes within 24 hours of purchasing their pass.
You will need a specific “ticket” to every class or workshop.
What is the Trauma-Informed Yoga Training schedule?
Thursday 8-5, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8-12
Note that the Trauma-Informed Training is not included in your All Access Pass. There are three ways to purchase the Trauma-Informed Training:
- All Access Pass + Trauma-Informed Training. You may purchase this on the main purchase Pass page.
- Trauma-Informed Training ONLY. If you are not an existing passholder, you may purchase this a la carte at regular price.
- Trauma-Informed Training ONLY, as an existing passholder. Be sure you are logged into your Eventive account using the email you used to purchase your Pass so you receive the discount.
Will classes be in studios? Have props?
Please bring props if you have them! Props will not be provided. Strap, block, blanket, yoga mat, meditation cushion or anything that makes a good substitute (sarong or necktie can be used as a strap!).
Are lodging and food included in the pass price? Where should I stay?
No. The Pass is simply a pass to an amazing long weekend plethora of activities and gatherings. Food and lodging and travel to the event are up to you. Please check out our Lodging Partners page! Be sure to tell any property that you call that you are attending Sedona Yoga Festival.

Are there particular hotels and/or lodging that provides any discount for attendees?
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. Every passholder needs to be associated with a unique name and unique email address. This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc. If you need to transfer the ticket to someone else please contact the team for assistance.
What is the refund policy?
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. No refunds for tickets purchased will be made. Tickets are transferable. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival are valid. Tickets may be transferred to another party through the ticketing system utilized by the Producer at no charge. Tickets may not be sold or exchanged for a value greater than the face value of the ticket and will be voided immediately if this is the case (aka no scalping).
What are my transport/parking options getting around the event?
Expect clear parking instructions in the week prior to the event. Check out THIS PAGE for more about getting here and around. Of course, you have the opportunity to explore Sedona in full!
What if my session starts before registration opens?
Please head straight to your preconference session with a printed ticket and we will check you in at the door. After the session, you can head to registration to check in for your weekend Pass!
How do I qualify / register Continuing Education credits?
Participants in the Trauma-Informed Training receive 20 continuing education credit hours. You will need to register them independently with Yoga Alliance.
