Your Festival Special Pass may be upgraded to Premier or Whole Package Passes as soon as they are released and calculated at the value of the All Access Pass price at the time so enjoy the discount while we are offering it!
FAQs
Do passes include food and lodging? Only the Whole Package includes this. The All Access and the All Access Premier Passes provide conference entrance. Meals and Lodging can be enjoyed a la carte.
Can I upgrade to Premier Pass or Whole Package if I already have an All Access Pass? YES! Email us and we’ll take care of the details.
Can I see the schedule? The SYF2027 schedule will be released closer to the event.

Scholarships for SYF2027
Sedona Yoga Festival is proud to provides the opportunity for the SYF experience to as many people as possible through access to scholarships. By the generosity of our community and by matching every donation we are able to bring countless people to SYF that would not otherwise have the current means to attend. Please only apply if financial constraints would otherwise make it too challenging for you to attend, and be sure to detail how your participation will help to create ripple effects in your community and beyond. Please note that scholarships cannot cover travel or lodging. We look forward to hearing from you!

THE WHOLE PACKAGE and THE WHOLE PACKAGE X2 (double)
Done for you! This package provides all you need for a seamless experience. Immerse yourself fully with on-site resort lodging and pool access, delicious breakfast and lunch buffets Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with vegan and gluten free options, and an All Access Pass (or two with The Whole Package Double) to Sedona Yoga Festival.
All lodging packages include (3) three nights at the Hilton Bell Rock Resort for the dates of Thursday April 29, Friday April 30 and Saturday May 1, 2027. About the meals: Outbound Sedona sources locally and regionally for quality – and frequently farm fresh – ingredients. We are very pleased with the menu we have come up with together! Each breakfast and lunch buffet has everything you need from soup and salad to dessert, with vegan and gluten free options on the menu.
THE WHOLE PACKAGE PREMIER and THE WHOLE PACKAGE PREMIER X2 (double)
The Premier version of the Whole Package comes with one or two All Access Premier Passes in addition to everything in the Whole Package or Whole Package X2
ALL ACCESS PASS
Access to a huge variety of classes, workshops, special events, kirtans, evening classes, plenary sessions, intimate keynotes, industry sessions, gatherings, lounges, outdoor classes and more throughout the weekend. Includes one complimentary excursion ticket (space available).
ALL ACCESS PASS PREMIER
Includes All-Access Pass, VIP Badge, access to a private lounge, gift bag, and your invitation to reception with Presenters, Sponsors, and Donors. Includes on-site concierge support. Enjoy a speedy registration and class check-in. You receive an extra complimentary excursion ticket.
2-DAY PASS (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
Enjoy All Access to the entire festival Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
DAY PASS (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
Enjoy All Access to the entire festival dawn to late for either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This pass does not include excursions.
SINGLE EXCURSION
Enjoy a single excursion that is being held during the festival. This ticket allows you access to one excursion. Limited availability based on available space. It does not include access to the Festival, concerts, other excursions, or immersions.
ADD-ON IMMERSIONS
Extend your journey with specialized immersion experiences offered Thursday, April 29 (pre-conference) and Monday, May 3 (post-conference) at various locations in Sedona. These deeper dive sessions allow you to explore specific practices and teachings with expert presenters in a more intimate setting. Immersions are ticketed separately from the main festival and can be purchased à la carte. Perfect for those wanting to enhance their SYF experience with focused study before or after the main festival weekend.

Individual entrance to our concert series. Tickets available a la carte.
3 AND 5-CLASS PUNCHCARDS
Available as 3- or 5- class punch cards, this pass is for those that are only interested in joining a few classes during the festival. This pass does not include concerts, excursions, or immersions.
